Like I said, I used to feel like that too. I don't remember ever feeling TRULY "happy." Maybe in short spurts, but not for extended lengths of time.

Somewhere along the line, my brain must have 'rewired' itself and made me "content" because I've been content for a long time. I guess content isn't HAPPY but it's GOOD. and okay with that. And I don't think it's age related, because I've been content for a long time.

So I DO think the brain DOES rewire itself so that you are NOT in misery. The brain doesn't like pain -- so it takes care of itself. Yours will too. Just be patient, and soon you'll be content too. God bless and please take care. Hugs, Lee
