why can they not help you katherine. they should be able to. the council is partly responsible for your welfare, that is why they are there.

im sorry to hear things arent easing up, i wish there was more i can do. they will get better soon enough, its not forever. just keep reminding yourself of that ok. im here of you need someone to chat to.
