thats a good idea, it will give the person in question a chance to explain themselves, plus, everyone who is worrying that it may be them will be happier to know that it isnt because they havent recieved the pm.

well done for facing up to the issue and not letting it get worse. its always best to deal with things as and when they arise, and not to let them fester.
