I think that was a good decision--to communicate directly with the person. I didn't realize that this person was responding to everyone else & seemed to be deliberately ignoring you. I have no idea why anyone would do that, especially to you! But hope the issue gets resolved & you can post next time in a happier mood, cuz a lot of people care for you, as you can see.
