I had a pony sized Arabian and thought she was the PERFECT horse for me. Losing her was the precipitating event that threw me over the edge and into a depression so deep I was unable to function.
My current horse is 15.2 hh and I think he's too tall. I adore him (he's the mischievous youngster I've talked about before), so I still want to ride him despite his height.
