She told me she did talk to her. She didn't say what she said, she just said she talked to her. She said that the girl felt "badly" about making me feel that way (which I totally don't believe because if she did, she should have apologized to me and the way she treats me makes it obvious she doesn't like me). My boss told me too that she said that I 'need direction" still and need to be told what to do, which is frustrating.

This is NOT the case at all. I work really hard and keep myself busy. I only ask if something needs to be done when I have finished everything I know needs to be done. I'm still new, so there are still things I don't know that need to be done.

Everytime they tell me to do something, I'm in the middle of trying to think of what else needs to be done. They just keep catching me at the worst times. Dx And I do more than the others anyways. So she has no right to say that. I'm just not doing things fast enough for her liking.

My boss did say, however, that I am an asset to our team and that I'm doing a great job so far. So, that's good.
