Many of us here, including myself, have suffered from severe bouts of lasting depression. The first thing you should know is that clinical depression is an illness and that it can be treated. The things you describe, feeling depressed even when good things are happening, an inability to enjoy things, are classic symptoms of depression. Depression also makes us feel hopeless and negative, that is what the illness does, it does not reflect reality.
Only a doctor can determine if you are suffering from clinical depression. That would be the first step toward feeling better. You mentioned elsewhere that your parents don't treat you seriously. It may be difficult to get them to understand that you need help and maybe we can help you here with some suggestions. Calling a hotline number as I posted in your other thread is something that is always available for you to do on your own.
Keep posting here and I hope we can help you figure out what is going on and how to move toward whatever you need to feel better.
