I think you should tell t that he didn't hear you, he totally missed how important your email was and what you had to say.
I am sure t's have their bad days WePow but you deserved to be heard and understood. Your artwok needs to be seen by t and if he doesn't SEE it arghhhhhh...he is stupid (sorry)
