Button, you can do this! I hope you don't give up on yourself now, when you're being heard by the new t! I was in a sorta kinda similar place recently when I spent all that time and energy trying to convince my t that I was done and wanted to quit, and she kept talking me out of it.... you know, if I had quit when I (thought I) wanted to, I would not have had the "snowy realization" yesterday evening that I posted about, because I never would have discussed the deepening stuff with t, that deepening itself probably would never have occurred... etc and around it goes. of course it's your life and your decision, but I wanted to add my 2 cents on the side of hoping that you don't throw in the towel. You are so worth the hard work that therapy takes. You can do this!!
