I would love to talk about my anxiety except Im not sure what to say. I know some of it stems from the huge event coming up Saturday but that can't be all of it as bad as it is. Although I HATE crowds and it is going to be crowded. He said we'll be packed into the pew. I did talk to him about that and he said that I could stand or sit on the end if that would help. Plus I still have to talk to pdoc about the Xanax for that day. I am TERRIFIED to go and have a panic attack. I really hope he'll help me despite my history of attempting Sui with those types of drugs cuz max dosage of Buspar isn't cutting it at all.
