My Dear Friend, Mary Sue,
You are quite the entrepreneur, and I am sure your creations are lovely. Good for you all! Must you have very thin and dexterous fingers to work with such small bits of glass and stone? I imagine it similar to spending the day threading needles. I suppose your eyesight must be very keen, as well. I think that it is wonderful that you have found a passion by which you can also be employed.
I have a passion for writing, which keeps me mildly employed. The rest I must make up as I go. I don't mind, however. I like to work. If I am idle for too long, by the clock's hands, my mind tends to lead me to trouble. It is forever suggesting that I partake in naughty and disobedient, craft and crookery. I am not proud of that, and attempt desperately to keep from "short-sheeting" myself.
Mary Sue? I did want to respond to one thing, in particular, that you mentioned in your most recent post. You remarked that perhaps you were long-winded and thought maybe you should end your message. What I wanted to express to you was that you could never 'write too much', for me. I should, very much, like to read any, and all of that which you wish to share. That is what friends do. They share the little creases and corners of themselves with each other. Each common revelation like one of your 'plethora' of beads. Beautiful on its own, and glorious when strung together with all the other pieces that make up your personage.
Please know this, Mary Sue. You are neither and inconvenience nor an annoyance. As you can see, I tend to bloviate a bit, myself.
It has been an enjoyable afternoon, spent with you all, Mary Sue. I will wish you a good night, for now, and will probably see you again, tomorrow.
Sleep well, friend,
-Fleeing
