I only have Olanzapine. They stopped all my other meds because of side affects.

I cant sleep ,cos firstly I have to keep an eye on my dad. He isnt always too well and I just stay awake listeing if he might need help. But even when he is away, like gone to my brothers to visit, I still cant sleep. I made a new room up in the loft but away from the main house, because otherwise I keep mum and dad awake by walking around.

Everyone says I say 'no no no' in my dreams and then sit up. Maybe its a song.
