Ok i stopped taking my paxil 5 days ago and i am wondering if im starting to have withdrawls? I was up for 48 hours and slept for 10 after i finnally got to sleep.. i have been drinking energy drinks and juice but not eating a whole lot.. I have a headache right now that on the scale of 1 to 10 it would rank at a 7. I have been having confusing stomache aches where i cant tell if its hunger pains, nausea, or pre vomiting pains.. I also am having vision problems where i feel that i am looking through thick lenses and i am having head rushes and tremors. I was at 25mg of paxil CR.

Anyone know if this is withdrawls or just from the no sleeping and anorexia like symptoms that could be the beginnings of a manic episode?
