I talk to anxiety using non violent communication. I bring him up in front of me and we talk. I need to know why anxiety is doing this to me. Without the why, I can't figure out the how. If they are things I can't change, I learn to accept them. I do that by hanging on to LIFE. I try to find the meaning of my life in my suffering(anxiety).
