tut thats gutting to lose all your work. i know how that feels!! i was once writing a part of my book and hadnt saved it, i spent a couple of hours going really deep into myself and suddenly, we had a powercut! gutting!
depression will make you exhausted, its best to rest as much as possible and allow your body to have the energy to fight it. medical help can only get you so far, and you need to allow yourself the down time too.
things always seem unclear when depression is at its worse. nothings clear and every thing is confusing, thats what i found anyway. but it will clear in time. i promise.
dont worry about your body, as long as you take care of yourself and focus ont hat, you'll be fine. speak to your doctor if you have any concerns, thats what they are here for.
try to start writing the book again, but save regularly. it will help to confront your emotions again, the second time might even be easier. it will get easier everytime, so its not necessarily a bad thing that you lost it all, just do it again and it will help.
