I think you need to start by talking to your school counselor. I know it's hard to talk to strangers and open up, but just about everyone here has done it. We all have to at some point. And the earlier you start, the better. I sure wish I was as smart as you are to notice that I had problems at your age. I should have been in therapy at your age, but I didn't go until college. By then I was a real basket case! :-)
If it's too hard to talk about your problems, you can also write or draw them, and take your drawings, etc. to the school social worker. That might work well for you. You need to get those emotions out hon! Being on-line is great, but in person help is really important. Please consider doing this soon. OK?
