Me, too, crying a lot...it's just under the surface...that sadness...went to my meds provider today ...she increased the Lamictal & added Trazadone if I'm not sleeping (apparently that is is a big deal for bipolar types) & she told me to go back into therapy so I have a relationship with the therapist in case I crash again...four years without an episode & then I overdose...--Suzy P.S. She thinks my husband should get some therapy so he can help me instead of hurt me...
