I was reaching into a drawer once and a fondue fork got stuck in my finger. It went in one side and out the other. The problem is, the stupid things are like fish hooks so you can't just take them out. While the doc in the ER is telling me she's never seen anything like it in 27 years (interns are coming to get a look), some lady comes in, says she's a patient liaison and wants to know how we'll be paying.
My husband just about lost control of himself.
