And folks who have relatives like children actually can feel hurt if they don't get some kind of remembrance on this day.
That said, I wish you all a Happy Valentine's Day because I do care, and I want you to know that somebody here in the world does. If you want me to "bite you" or kiss your you-know-what for saying that, then so be it! (Some of these messages are funny here! : ) )

Wow. REALLY? That's the same ignorant attitude people who believe they have an understanding of everyone and assume they know better. She's OBVIOUSLY troubled because she doesn't talk to anyone. CLEARLY, he has issues at home because he likes to start fights. She HAS to be a slut because she likes to wear skirts. Oh, all the other kids are only mean to you because they're all SO JEALOUS of how "special" you are.
Seriously, you really think that we have to be people who don't get "Valentine's" to dislike the holiday? Or maybe we're so cynical because nobody will love us? Perhaps some of us genuinely dislike mass consumerism that has cheapened all meaning of love and romance. Others may simply be having fun because their sense of humour is satirical and depreciating. Then there's people who don't really like romance or PDA being shoved in their face.
Not everybody thinks in unicorn farts and overly sugary positive rainbows. Just because someone has a different attitude and take on something than you, does not have to mean that they want to feel better about themselves.
