Wotcha: No I don't know if he has a bike but I'm just going on the beard as my T's beard is a distinctive ginger and grey.

It's either him or a member of the Rebels (a local gang) that I cut off in traffic the other week and I'm a marked woman (I doubt this as he wasn't wearing a jacket)
