Well, I am doing good and my energy level has improved a little with just a week and a half of eating right and drinking all the daily water my body needs to get going and to keep moving.
I lost 3.8 pounds the first week and I have already lost another 2 pounds, but will not know this weeks full loss until I weigh in on Monday.
The group is still open to any one that wants to join...... just let me know and then JUMP right in.
BTW - the other ladies are doing great as well..... they have lost an average of 2 to 3 pounds per week - the healthy amount of weight to loose with in one week.
