Yes. DDNOS means that the person has a problem with dissociation but their symptoms to not fit any of the other categories (DID, depersonalization, derealization). I have DDNOS, and I get feelings of unreality and I also hear internal parts, but what separates me from DID is that those parts do not take control of my body.
