I was thinking about juicing or doing something like this and was wondering if you guys had any experiences?
Apparently I hate vegetables enough that I actively avoid them and 'dieting' is not working/never will for me.
I watched a documentary that said even though I may full, my body is still feeling starved. A lot of the side effects you get from meds, you can also get from a poor diet. Plus
However, they brought up juicing as an alternative to actually eating vegetables and that you can add a little sugar/fruits in to make the drink taste better. I'm thinking about getting a cheap blender (for now) until I can afford an actual juicier.
I may be working at Mcdonalds starting tomorrow (interview!) so I need to get better habits before I work in the fast food joint. I know I would overeat there. X_X
