Well the documentary was right.
Whether you eat the fruits and veggies as a solid or liquid, you still get all the nutrients and vitamins they contain.
You actually get more from the juice than you would if you ate the food cooked, as cooking leaches out or destroys a lot of the nutrient content.
And you can consume a lot more fruits and veggies with juicing. For example, you could take a couple apples, some carrots, blueberries, spincach and/or any other combo and drink it down no problem. Just think what it would take to eat all that whole.
