Heh, I didn't even THINK of THAT! It caught my eye because one of my housemates has been juicing for a few weeks now.
So what have a learned? Yup on the vitamins and healthy values of it. She does it for her dinner. That way she gets a nice light meal with a lot of nutrition each day w/o overdoing it. It took her a bit to get used to it and I think one of the reasons she is so good with it is that she's not shocked her system with a total 180 and knows that so there's no real feeling of "deprivation" or over-regimentation. She's put all different sorts of combos together, so every night it's a different flavor so as not to tire of it either.
What is your plan in how to use the blender? Some kind of strainer or cheesecloth?
