Try to gently take care of your PTSD. It's a bit of an easier issue to tackle short term when there's so much going on, and it'll be a lot easier to think and focus without flashbacks and other flaring PTSD symptoms. Once you manage that, the ups and downs and craziness won't be as bad. Good luck.
