Thanks for the comments and suggestions.
I just looked at the clock (seems like only a few minutes ago) and realized it was noon and I haven't accomplished anything. Not even getting dressed or brushing teeth.
Now I realize it is 12:46 p.m. and I am still sitting here, staring into space.
