I hope it all ends for you soon James. The thing with legal systems is that they want to lock us mentally ill people away. Why? Because they don't understand it. It sounds like you had a bad episode and didn't know what you where doing so you my have flown off the handle a little bit. Just hang in there buddy. I think if anything they may want you go to a hospital for a few months. Y friend had that done to him he stayed 8 months but said it wasn't thy bad and better than jail. Just a thought.
