I saw my pdoc last week and she was displeased when I told her I was seeing my therapist every two weeks. She told me to start back seeing my therapist weekly because even though I've had a med increase it takes a few months for the meds to really help (help with depression).

I met with my therapist today and we decide I have made enough progress to continue being seen every two weeks.

Those that go to therapy, how foten do you go?
