I believe now that I am in a much stronger position than I was before. Before I would pray to God for forgiveness every time I sinned. Every time I masturbated that is.Now I just don't give a damn anymore because I am not religious and I am not going to be unless someone can prove me wrong. Life as an atheist is much more fulfilling than that of those people. In fact, many americans are losing it all. I am not ashamed. I am so glad that this year I have a teacher who actually tells us that what we don't want to believe we bounce out but what we wish to believe in never leaves us; will always be ingrained into our minds.
I don't think that masturbation is filthy; I believe that one can resist it without anyone's help. I believe that masturbation is something that everyone has to go through as teenagers and that we all need to face reality, not place confidence in beliefs that affect our well being.
