I would speak to your doctor and tell him you may be feeling depressed. I reached out to family members and they told me to get over it. It was probable the worst advice I ever received. It made me ignore these feelings and built up so bad I hurt myself. Talk to someone sooner rather than later. Doctors have experience in what you are going through and can help you, especially those in the mental health area.
Depression doesn't need a reason to make you miserable. There are even celebrities with all their money, fame and friends who suffer from it. There is help out there and ways to cope with all these feelings.
