I don't think it's a phase... It's been lasting for two years and I'm really not all that stressed right now. Dx
But I don't have the losing muscle control but I read that 2/3 of narcolepsy cases don't have that, so it's not abnormal. I'm not sure about sleep paralysis though. I think I move a lot in my sleep... But, again, I know it can affect others differently, so I'll go get it checked out.
