Hi Lisa8010, nice to meet you. I know with my addictions it was hard and still is sometimes. But we have to do the right thing for our body, and our mind. I had always gone overboard in all my addictions. At some time in my life, I had to grow up. Its inspiring to hear that you are trying hard and that you know that its not good for you, I know that when we try hard to do the right thing, it works out for the best.
