I think it is a very powerful drug. It took me out of my depression within 3 days which was great. I could tolerate the insomnia, I could sleep some just not great, and I could tolerate the headaches and take an ativan for the nervousness but the day I landed in the ER with my heart rate up to 160 that really scared me and I cant deal with that, so I am back to feeling depressed now. At least I am sleeping I guess!
