So glad to see you back!!!! Thought about you lots. I am so happy for you! I have to keep it real short right now. But that was my experience as well. If you are doing well, have the right tools in place for you and a plan I see no reason to look backwards. Just go forward. I'd seriously try to continue on what you are doing. Things change, people change.. and the meds can actually make things harder ..chasing a circle of symptoms with meds that create more of the same. And that is a bit crazy as well. If thats how you felt that is valid.

I will come back tomorrow and catch up with you. You should not be bullied into medicating yourself. Thats not really ok and is wrong on several fronts, there might be a way out of that. I have the same issue.
