Unfortunately many mental health professionals within our nhs (state funded) model are not up to the job. I had to go private to get real help.the mental health profession attracts a lot of 'sick' people who are there because they are unable to focus on their own 'sickness'. They do not see the person only the behaviour. It keeps sick people dependent & sick. It's a rat-trap. We have to be responsible for our own well being eventually. We cannot remain victims within the mental health game.
