Short, I think you are really entering into a state that is demanding more of your attention. Raising two kids and money problems, not to mention stress from the family, going to meetings, wondering about your different conditions and it all sounds like it is adding up and overwhelming you, knocking down your energy levels to the point that things you used to enjoy, believe you should enjoy, are no longer feeding and re-energizing the inner you. Add all the guilt on top of it all and its no wonder you're tired, wiped out.
Im no doc but it sounds like a good rest is really needed, just to calm those out of sync emotions youre having.Once they're in check you can look at exercising more to help build up energy, but right now, its just my gut, I think you need a long reprieve.
