I go once a week but I have only been seeing this psychotherapist for about 9 months. I am making huge progress so I'm not going to change.
At one point I thought maybe 2 times a week but I don't have the $$ or the commitment for more than once a week.
So I guess it all depends on how "happy" or "normal" you are feeling. Just make sure you are not cutting back because you are coming to a place in your therapy you don't want to go or makes you uncomfortable.
