Ah well, that's too bad. I always felt safer in my floppy hat.

But maybe, it's like no one is allowed to wear a mask in the bank. Just in case it gets robbed. (Only robbers wear a mask into the bank anyway as far as I know....) So, maybe they just want no hats in case of a robber?
