The duct tape and WD-40 are in my truck, although I limit my sharp implements to good knives. In my truck there are also jumper cables, tool kit, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, halter and lead rope, and helmet. Right now, there is also a bridle, saddle and saddle pad. [Just in case it gets nice enough to ride, I can just hook up the trailer, load the horse and head down the road.] I have the fire extinguisher because my truck actually caught on fire once, when we were pulling the trailer. Luckily, there was a fire extinguisher in the trailer, or my entire engine would have been ruined. So now there is an extinguisher in the truck and the trailer.
In the glove box is Tylenol, another knife, motion sickness pills, a Leatherman multi tool, benadryl, benadryl cream, toilet paper, copies of the rabies certificates for the dogs, a durable power of attorney, copy of my health insurance car, candy and a granola bar.
