you are more than welcome. Just make sure that you do not use too much chocolate. Because it does have carbs.
For me personally, I find that a low carb low calorie diet is the best way to go. I enjoy cooking boneless skinless chicken breast with low calorie low carb veggies, such as green beans. After it is cooked I add in to the pan some organic chicken "better than buillon", onion powder and 1/2 Tbs of butter or dark toasted sesame oil. I mix it together and serve.
Low cal and carb salad dressing:
40 almond milk ( the kind found in the refrigerated section) 1/3 cup??
fat free president feta cheese 2 oz ??
lemon juice 2T ??
brine packed kalamata olive ( pitted) 5??
dried basil leaf
celtic salt ( found in a health food store)
I put it all in a blender and blend until smooth. it will be very runny, but thats good as far as I am concerned. it means that a little will go a long way. i only eat low carb veggies in my salad except for carrots which are so healthy that I eat them
the calorie count for this is 10 per Tablespoon.
