I'm so very sorry for worrying everybody yesterday.

Yes I was very serious about suicide yesterday. But I am doing better today.

Yes, still want to do it. But I am not planning on doing it today.

I haven't actual cut today.but I have scratched and clawed quite a bit.

My dad is still creepily perverted and touched me again. Not anywhere inappropriate, but he touched too low on my back for comfort.
I dread the day he gets his arm cast of. And he can beat me again....

I'm alive for now and I'm trying to hang in there.
