movies in bed, reading, meetings, meetings, meetings, (meetings really help me relax!!), talking to friends, spending a bit of time doing absolutely nothing but sitting still and quiet, watching the stars, playing computer games, scuba diving with sharks, geez there's loads of stuff…
easy does it, really. recovery is as simple and serene as i allow it to be
