I think i am suffering from insomnia and over sleeping. Sounds ironic but its true. I can only sleep at 3am every night, and i have to wake up at 6 am for school. So tired... When i am too deprived of sleep, i oversleep for a few days, going to bed as soon as i come back from school. Does any one have this problem too? How do you stop this problem or bad habit? Are medications the only way?
