I believe that you may have too much energy, or may have poor nutrition. Also, you may be stressed out. Often, people have too much energy, and they are unable to fall asleep at night. This makes the person extremely tired, which then causes too much sleeping, and causes fatigue. You may be tired all of the time because you do not exercise enough, or you are not drinking enough water and eating fruits and vegetables. Try to wake up and go to sleep at the same time each day, drink four bottles of water per day, eat may fruits and vegetables, and try to exercise at some point during the day (dancing, crunches, running, etc.) Before going to bed, try to relax and clear your thoughts. Also, do not eat or drink anything three hours before bed, or after eight pm. I hope this helps!
