As others have shared, Zyprexa caused me to gain about 50 pounds in 6 months due to excessive appetite, especially before bed. At that time I was also on Seroquel, which probably contributed to the weight gain as well. I'm now on Abilify, which is a weight neutral AP. I still haven't lost the weight I gained, but that's largely my fault, as it's hard to get motivated to get out to exercise in the winter cold...I need to kick up my motivation come spring.
