(((krea)))) Only one month on an AD isn't very long. I'm glad your Pdoc increased your meds already, most doctors wait till 6 or 8 weeks have passed. The medicine begins to work immediately, but the more depleted your system is, the longer it takes to build up to how much you need.

One step at a time, one foot after the other... keep doing what you know to, what your therapist tells you. You will get there.
