Being fatigued & having a lack of motivation to do anything are symptoms of depression. Once you have the correct ad & dosage, you will start to regain your energy & focus. Right now just do the basics for health & hygiene & let the rest of the "to do's" or "shoulds" slide. You will be abe to function again.
I also feel guilt about some of my behaviors when depressed. I lack judgement when I'm down & sometimes do rash things to try to end the pain. I know from experience that depression is a very serious illness & you must continue to seek help with your doc & therapist. You can do it!--Suzy
