I like how Seroquel does slow things down. Regarding being numb - it differs from person to person what they prefer. When there's a stressful situation, I'd really rather be numb than on an emotional roller coaster.

The ADD aspect has come up for me as well, although the emotional instability can make it very hard to tell. It seems to me like seroquel would really interfere with anything for ADD/focus - do you take anything for that, does the seroquel block it?
Apparently some people have taken antipsychotics and stimulants successfully, maybe you just have to get the dose right.
