i suffer terrible mood swings
i cry for no reason, i laugh for no reason
i get angry/sggressive for no reason
i do outrageous things--- or so im told

constantly feel im on a rollercoaster ride
just want to get off it--its driving me crazy

im on 3 mood stabilisers, lamotrogine,trazadone,quetiapine
but still my mood fluctuates
does this mean that my medication is unsuitable or wrong??????

life can be so unbearable at times
not knowing how i am going to wake up each day
